Each CarePoint Home Care client has unique care needs. That is why we offer a full range of in-home services with tailored care plans that provide our clients the right amount and types of help to support independent living at home. We employ a proven process that includes an in-home assessment to help determine the type and level of care needed. Our Services are available for as little as a few hours a week, or as many as 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
